Allison Tilly,
Principal
Allison enjoys working with homeowners to create spaces that feel true to who they are. She is also energized by making connections with fellow business owners, realtors and developers. She loves live music, travel and reading. Allison draws inspiration from her partner, a filmmaker, and stays busy keeping up with her three sons and two cats!
Andrea Canty,
Principal
Andrea is a hands-on renovator, gardener, singer and Zumba lover who adores thrifting and bargain hunting. She enjoys volunteering at The Children's Room and uses her background in social work to listen well to our clients. Andrea has a blast being a mom to her grown twins and the sweetest dog in the world, Penny.
Karen Yi,
Staging Field Manager
After working as a marketing professional in the architecture industry for more than 15 years, Karen started working at Red Door in the Fall of 2021. In addition to her love of interiors, she enjoys the outdoors and hiking with her family: her husband, two teenage children and playful dog Baker. Karen is also a gifted print maker and graphic designer.
Katie Keskin,
Staging Field Manager
Katie worked in publishing for 10 years but decided to follow her passion and go back to school for interior design at the Boston Architectural College, receiving her degree in the Spring of 2021. Along with design, some of her interests include skiing, cooking and reading. Katie and her husband share two young daughters and a 6-year old rescue dog from Arkansas.
Melissa Genest,
Staging Installer and Warehouse Coordinator
Melissa recently followed her passion for design, completing her Interior Design Certificate through MassBay Community College and the New York School of Interior Design. She lives in Boston with her husband and their energetic dog, Ryuji. Outside of design, Melissa enjoys collecting DVDs, walks in the woods, and eating great food at local mom-and-pop shops.
